We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you use our website.

2. Data We Collect

a) Automatically Collected Data

• IP address — processed in real time to determine your approximate geographic location, to help us follow local advertising laws (e.g., restricting certain promotional content in specific jurisdictions). Your IP is not stored.
• Browser type & device information — used to ensure the game displays correctly on your device. This data is not stored or transmitted to third parties.

b) Cookies & Local Storage

• Essential cookies — required for the website to function (e.g., theme preference, cookie consent choice). These are always active.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site. Only set if you consent.
• Advertising cookies — used by third-party partners to show relevant ads. Only set if you consent.

c) Contact Form Data

When you voluntarily submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is processed by Supabase on our behalf and retained for up to 12 months. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.

d) Data We Do NOT Collect

Outside of the contact form, we do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information. No account or registration is required to play.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the game experience.
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements by checking your approximate location.
• To analyze site usage and improve performance (only with your consent).
• To display relevant promotional content (only with your consent and only in permitted regions).

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (Supabase Inc.) as our backend service provider for processing contact form submissions and performing geolocation checks. Supabase processes data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising tracking services. If we introduce such services in the future, they will only be activated after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner.

5. Data Retention

Your IP address is processed in real time for geolocation checks and is not stored by us. Cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser and can be cleared at any time. Contact form submissions (name, email, message) are retained for up to 12 months to allow us to respond and follow up, after which they are deleted. You may request early deletion at any time.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal bases as defined by GDPR Article 6: (a) Consent — for any future analytics or advertising cookies; (b) Legitimate interest — for geolocation checks required to comply with regional advertising regulations; (c) Contract performance — for processing contact form submissions you initiate.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
• Rectify inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
• Request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR).
• Request data portability — get your data in a format you can use with other services (Art. 20 GDPR).
• Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time via the "Manage Cookies" link in the page footer or by clearing your browser storage.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (see Section 10).

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 16 (the age threshold set by Czech law implementing GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

If you are located in the EU/EEA and believe we haven't properly handled your privacy concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
